The Magic of Mexico Awaits

September 28, 2009 by jfernandez1

One of my fondest vacation memories was my time spent in Mexico. In fact, as a teenager, my first trip outside of the States was to Cancun with my friend for some R&R (okay, so there really wasn’t a lot of R or R, but that’s because there was so much to do and see, and as I said, we were teenagers).

MexicoFast-forward many (many) years, it’s amazing to see how much Mexico has become a destination for everyone. With its mesmerizing beaches and historical cities, whatever your luxury clients are seeking – adventure, culture, beaches, golf, family – the experiences are abundant as are the opportunities for you. Back to (Summer) School with The Travel Institute – Class at The Conference

September 18, 2009 by lteadmin

Everyone seems to need some kind of stimulus in this economy, whether as cash in hand or resources to manage in these uncertain times. The Travel Institute launched an educational rush earlier this year with its education stimulus package. CTA, CTC, and CTIE) Certification and Destination and Lifestyle) Specialist programs were offered at test-only prices and study materials included free. It proved so popular that come the summer, The Institute went back to school with the Summer of Certification promotion.

tiGive someone a fish and feed them for a day, but why not teach them to fish and feed them indefinitely? Building on the above educational drive, The Travel Institute’s National Conference, to be held in conjunction with Luxury Travel Expo December 1, centers on the question: Are you agile? Attendees will be educated on how to maneuver and manage efficiently in this economy’s turbulent waters. Home-grow ideas to generate business vs. wait for ideas to come from the outside-in. Pro-active. Pro-agile.

Want more details about how to condition yourself and recover for the recovery? Visit The Travel Institute’s website and register today!
